Rehearsal Dinner – Italian Style

Our rehearsal dinner is one of my favorite memories of our entire wedding week! The day of was spent relaxing with my girls on Positanoā€™s main beach, Spiaggia Grande. The vino, Aperol spritz, and pizza were flowing heavily all day šŸ˜‰ needless to say I was the most relaxed I had been all week! Since our wedding reception venue was more of a fine dining experience, we choseĀ Adamo ed Eva RestaurantĀ because of itā€™s more laid back, family style, Italian feel. The dinner took place on their large terrace, overlooking the beautiful town and the Mediterranean.

For the main theme of the evening I pulled a little Dolce & Gabbana inspo and told my Florist I wanted lemons andĀ bougainvillea everywhere. He did not disappoint! For favors we had custom cookies (that also served as place holders) and limoncello bottles for each guest.

All I wanted was a half decent picture of us together this night and unfortunately we were so engulfed in the moment that I donā€™t think we even thought about it until after the sunset!

Daniel is Russian and there are three ingredients Russians believe in for a solid event ā€“ Amazing Food, Drinks, and Toasts(on toasts, on toasts).

Food and drink were EXTREMELY important to us throughout our wedding week. While we didnā€™t get to sample food and wine from this restaurant the previous year, they were so helpful to us while planning in the states. We felt so secure about their food from all of the positive reviews and were able to finalize wine selections when we arrived a few days earlier. We had a set four course menu and none of the course selections disappointed!

Our very own Italian Stallion! Marco! Our lovely friend (and only AUTHENTIC Italian guest!) from Verona!

This dress made me feel like an absolute Italian princess! It isĀ Alexis.

One of my sweet nephews!

Bro love

Mother-In-Law. As I said, toasts on toasts!

Some how, we were the actual theme colors of the dinner.

Baes.

Babs. She is the real MVP. Lost her phone in Amsterdam before Italy and managed to get a new one somewhere in Europe!

The people responsible for me having pretty much any photos from this evening!

Thatā€™s amore & thatā€™s a wrap!

Thanks so much for viewing!

XO,

Molly
